I provide a safe, calming, and compassionate space for you to feel heard and to express your authentic self. Through openness and curiosity, I explore the underlying causes of your struggles and empower you to overcome patterns that are holding you back. I support you to build a deeper connection with yourself and your needs, and move forward in your life with a greater sense of resilience, purpose, and fulfilment.
I work with adults experiencing various mental health concerns and general life challenges. I am particularly interested in supporting people who are experiencing stress, anxiety, and low self-worth, as a result of past trauma or challenging life experiences.

Therapy Approach
Everyone is different and there is no one size fits all approach to therapy. My approach is holistic and person-centered. I view you as a whole person and tailor treatment to fit your individual needs, goals, and preferences.
To achieve this, I use an integrated approach drawing from a range of therapy modalities with an emphasis on embodied self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and building insight and intention.
During your first session we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it, from there we’ll decide on the best way forward.
