About The Mind Studio

The Mind Studio is a small online psychology practice, bringing quality mental health support to you, in the comfort of your own home.

I understand how difficult it can be to find the right support. That’s why I started The Mind Studio as a solo therapy practice, supporting a small volume of clients. This means you only have to share your story once, and interact with one person, while receiving therapy that is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs.

Therapy is offered online, with after-hours flexibility, so that you can access support at a time and place that suits your lifestyle.


Mission

The Mind Studio is built on the belief that everyone deserves a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

Through collaborative exploration and intervention, my mission is to guide adults to understand and transcend patterns that hinder their well-being, cultivate a deeper connection with themselves, and embrace purposeful and lasting change. Grounded in principles of compassion, curiosity, openness and intention, I aim to foster a deep sense of self-awareness and resilience in my clients, empowering them to lead fulfilling and authentic lives.


Hi, I’m Camilla.

I’m a registered clinical psychologist and the face behind The Mind Studio. I am so passionate about supporting people on their mental health journey and feel very privileged to do this work.

My work is grounded in sound psychological principles and research. I have experience working in public, private, community and hospital settings with people across the lifespan. I’m always reading, learning and challenging myself to be a better therapist. Read more about my therapy approach here.

Beyond the psychologist title, I’m just a regular person navigating the challenges of life. I enjoy a slow-paced life filled with reading, yoga, surfing, time in nature, and hanging out with my golden retriever, Lenny.

It’s really important that you feel comfortable and safe with your therapist. I will never judge where you’re at in life or the circumstances that got you there. I will meet you right where you are – offering acceptance, compassion and curiosity. I would love to meet you through a free intro call.
